The current price for the EvictServe platform is $29 per order. This is introductory pricing and is subject to change at our discretion; the price displayed on the order page at the moment you submit is the price that applies to that order. This fee covers the preparation, printing, and USPS Certified Mail delivery of a single eviction notice.
Payment is due at the time of order submission. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our checkout page. All payments are non-refundable once your order enters the mail queue (typically within 24 hours of submission).
By submitting payment, you authorize FormRoute LLC to charge your payment method for the amount due.
Cancellations Before Mail Queue Entry (Eligible for Full Refund): If you cancel your order before it enters our mail queue (typically within 24 hours of submission), you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations can be made through your Order Status page on the EvictServe platform.
Cancellations After Mail Queue Entry (No Refund): Once your order has been submitted to USPS for printing and delivery, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be issued. The notice will be printed and mailed as ordered.
To cancel an order, use the Order Status link in your confirmation email and select the cancellation option while it remains available. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via email.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FormRoute LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to your use of the Service or reliance on our templates, including but not limited to:
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim related to the Service is the refund of the amount you paid for your specific order, if eligible under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF FormRoute LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FormRoute LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:
EvictServe uses a third-party printing and mailing vendor to facilitate the professional printing and USPS Certified Mail delivery of your completed notice. USPS Certified Mail provides the sender with a mailing receipt and electronic delivery confirmation (or confirmation of attempted delivery). Many jurisdictions accept Certified Mail as a method of service for eviction notices, but requirements vary; it is your responsibility to verify the delivery method your jurisdiction requires.
Delivery timeframes are estimates based on standard USPS service. USPS delivery times may vary based on destination, current mail volume, and other factors beyond our control. FormRoute LLC is NOT responsible for:
You will receive a Certified Mail tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor delivery status. It is your responsibility to verify delivery has occurred and to take appropriate action if your notice is returned as undeliverable.
All templates, content, design, and materials provided through the EvictServe platform are the property of FormRoute LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your intended purpose of serving an eviction notice to a tenant.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that Wyoming law shall apply to all matters relating to your use of the Service and these Terms of Service.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your use of the Service, these Terms of Service, or FormRoute LLC's services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you agree to waive your right to a jury trial and the right to pursue claims in court.
FormRoute LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the EvictServe platform. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates. If you do not agree with any modification, you must discontinue use of the Service.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms of Service, together with any Privacy Policy and other policies posted on the EvictServe platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and FormRoute LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
